About Us
Our Vision
We at Innklude strive to help all employees in different companies thrive. It is our firm belief that if organisations accommodate for neurodivergent employees with the use of tailored training and tools, everyone in the company will have the chance to flourish. More individuals will be included in the workforce and less will struggle with burnout, stress and unstable work situations. Inclusion creates a sense of belonging and well-being for EVERYONE, and at the same time brings agility, innovation and creativity to companies.
Our History
Innklude started after the creator, Kari was inspired by the Neurodiversity Movement and discovering its immense potential in the workplace.
Kari is diagnosed with ADHD, and comes from a colourful family of different and brilliant neurotypes. She is an educated teacher with experience in Sales, and has recently been drawn towards bettering society for neurodivergent brains.
The core values behind Innklude are rooted in inclusion, creativity, curiosity, well-being, celebration, belonging and acceptance.
