Innklude came together after the creator, Kari felt inspired to help other neurodivergent staff thrive. If companies hold their objectives to a standard that works for all brain types, everyone is given the chance to flourish and contribute.

Innklude's Process
Spreading Awareness
Spreading awareness around the importance of celebrating differences in the workplace starts first with leaders receiving material, guidance and support from an neuroinclusive consultant, before passing it down to each and every employee. Neurodiversity in the Workplace courses are included.
Identifying and Demonstrating
One-on-one meetings with staff help to identify needs. From there, accommodations are implemented and tested out. Finally, feedback and adjustments are accounted for. Ongoing support from Innklude is recommended.
